To reinvest our operating surpluses to achieve moderate but purposeful growth of our property portfolio – aiming to house 20 more people per annum
For-Purpose Property Strategy

Provide more homes for our community by continuing to acquire and develop fit-for-purpose properties
Effectively maintain or improve our existing properties factoring whole-of-asset lifecycle costs
Implement best practice universal accessible and sustainable design to house people who have complex needs

Maintain and strengthen our existing partnerships with support providers to continue to foster customer well being
Build new partnerships and pursue collaborative opportunities to grow our tenancies and property portfolio
